We advise patients to avoid direct sunlight for three months following operations. Because of the warming effect, exposure to direct sunlight should also be avoided even if you are wearing sun block, which should be worn in any case.

In cases of sun-damaged skin, patients should avoid sunbathing for long periods, especially around midday, so that the long-term success of the operation is not jeopardized.
